• Capacity — Easy Solution single 30-seat room; WeWork has multiple room sizes (4 to 24 seats). For 4-8 person meetings, both work. For 20-30 person training, Easy Solution is more cost-effective.
• Membership — WeWork requires membership or day pass (HK$300+). Easy Solution is pay-as-you-use, no joining fee.
• Booking — WeWork members book via app. Easy Solution: live calendar on website, instant confirm without account.

• F&B minimum — Hotels need to make their margin on food. A 6-person board meeting where everyone just wants coffee can't escape the HK$3,000+ catering minimum. Easy Solution lets you bring Starbucks if you want, or arrange your own caterer for AGM lunch at any price.
