Easy Solution (Hong Kong) Limited was incorporated in Hong Kong in 2017. Business operations began in 2021, providing training and related services. Contact us for company documents.
Registered Private School 教育局註冊私立學校
Registered as a private school with the Hong Kong Education Bureau (EDB), delivering classroom-based courses. We later relocated our training centre to Star House, Tsim Sha Tsui, where we operate today, and transitioned from the school registration to our current accreditation pathway.
Former NITTP Course Provider 前NITTP課程營辦者
We were previously a course provider under the government's New Industrialisation and Technology Training Programme (NITTP) — a VTC-administered scheme where the government subsidises local companies on a matching basis to train staff in advanced technologies. Our NITTP course registrations have since ended, and we are not currently an approved NITTP course provider. NITTP official site.
HKCAAVQ Accreditation & QF Level 3 資歷架構第三級認證
Evaluated and approved as a qualified course provider by the Hong Kong Council for Accreditation of Academic and Vocational Qualifications (HKCAAVQ), and our flagship programme — Certificate in Leveraging AI Chatbots Implementation for Small Business — accredited at QF Level 3 and listed on the official Hong Kong Qualifications Register.
CEF Reimbursable Course 持續進修基金可發還款項課程
The Secretary for Labour and Welfare approved the registration of our AI Chatbots Certificate on the list of CEF reimbursable courses, with a validity period from 27 August 2026 to 31 August 2027 (Our Ref: LWB/M/11-4/3/10 Pt 126). CEF provides a lifetime subsidy cap of HK$25,000. The amount reimbursed for this course depends on individual eligibility, remaining allowance, successful completion and approval.

We do not overstate credentials. Each status above can be independently confirmed:
- QF Level 3 course — search QR No. 25/001160/L3 on the Hong Kong Qualifications Register
- CEF reimbursable course — search course code 34C170275 in the official CEF course list, or use the official CEF course search. The CEF code is separate from QR No. 25/001160/L3.
- HKCAAVQ — the accreditation authority: hkcaavq.edu.hk
- NITTP (former provider) — scheme administered by VTC: nittp.vtc.edu.hk. We are no longer an approved NITTP course provider.

The current official list identifies course 34C170275, QR No. 25/001160/L3 and published tuition HK$22,500. Commencements after 31 August 2027 are excluded under this registration. Confirm the selected class timetable, teaching venue and personal funding eligibility before payment.
