Pick the date

Open easysolutionhk.com/book/ on any browser or phone. The calendar shows availability from today onwards. Red slots are taken (confirmed paid bookings); green or open slots are available. Saturdays, Sundays and HK public holidays are bookable at the same rate.

💡 Tip: book 24-48 hours ahead for peak slots (Mon-Thu evenings, Saturday mornings).

Pick the duration

Choose 2-hour, 3-hour, 4-hour, or full-day (8 hours). Minimum block is 2 hours (HK$700). Bookings of 5+ hours auto-snap to the full-day cap of HK$2,600 — that's your best-value tier (effective HK$325/hour).

💡 Tip: a half-day workshop (4 hrs) is HK$1,400. A full day is HK$2,600. The day-cap kicks in at 5 hours, so if you're booking 5-7 hours you might as well book 8.

Pick the start time

The grid shows available slots from 09:00 to 23:00 every day of the week. Click any green slot to add it to your cart. Multi-slot bookings are supported — pick consecutive blocks for the same day, or different days.

💡 Tip: evening 19:00-22:00 slots fit Toastmasters chapter meetings perfectly. Weekend mornings are popular for training; we still charge weekday rates.

Receive confirmation

What happens if I have a question before booking? 如有問題

How long does the booking process take?

About 2 minutes end-to-end on a desktop or smartphone. Card payments confirm instantly; FPS / PayMe / bank transfers usually clear within 2 minutes during HKT 09:00-23:00.

What's the minimum booking?

2-hour block (HK$700). Below 2 hours we'd suggest a coffee shop or co-working day-pass.

Can I book same-day?

Yes — same-day booking supported as long as the slot is available. Last-minute fill-slot discounts (up to 30% off) auto-apply for same-day or 24-hour-out bookings of empty slots.

Can I cancel or reschedule?

Free changes 7+ days ahead with 100% refund. 2-7 days ahead: 50% refund OR free reschedule within 90 days. Under 48h: 0% refund but reschedule available within 60 days for HK$200 handling fee. Typhoon T8+ / Black Rainstorm / HKO closure: free reschedule within 60 days OR full refund.

What payment methods do you accept?

Stripe (Visa / Mastercard / Apple Pay / Google Pay), FPS (instant transfer), PayMe HK, and HK bank transfer to our HSBC corporate account.

What if my booking is for a recurring weekly meeting?

Book the first session online, then WhatsApp +852 4423 7445 to extend to a recurring series. 4+ consecutive weeks at the same time gets 10% off; 8+ weeks gets 15%; 20+ weeks (monthly retainer) up to 35% off. Layout pre-saved between sessions.

Do I need to pay a deposit?

No. The booking is paid in full at booking time. There's no separate deposit, no security hold, no hidden fee at the end.
