Personal data is collected for: (a) course enrollment and administration; (b) identity authentication and attendance tracking; (c) communication regarding courses, seminars, and academy updates; (d) compliance with HKCAAVQ and government requirements; (e) CEF reimbursement processing where applicable.

個人資料用於：(a) 課程報名及管理；(b) 身份驗證及出席追蹤；(c) 課程、講座及學院更新通訊；(d) 符合評審局及政府要求；(e) 處理持續進修基金償還(如適用)。

3. Data Security 資料安全

The website uses HTTPS. Please contact us with questions about the safeguards applicable to your personal data. Do not send passwords or full payment-card details through enquiry messages.

4. Data Retention 資料保留

Authentication and attendance records are retained for a minimum of 4 years after course completion, as required by HKCAAVQ and CEF regulations. Personal data will be securely destroyed when no longer needed.

認證及出席記錄在課程完成後保留至少4年，符合評審局及持續進修基金規定。個人資料在不再需要時將被安全銷毀。
