1. Course Enrollment 課程報名

By enrolling in any course, you agree to these terms. Enrollment is confirmed only after admin approval and payment verification. Places are limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

報名任何課程即表示同意本條款。報名僅在管理員批准及付款驗證後確認。名額有限，先到先得。

2. Attendance Requirements 出席要求

AI Chatbots course34C170275 requires at least70% attendance and a50% pass in each written test and project assessment, according to its official programme record. For other courses, the general attendance policy is80% unless the published course-specific requirements state otherwise. Attendance is tracked via our online platform (login/logout times) and in-person sign-in sheets. Failure to meet attendance requirements may result in non-issuance of certificates.

AI聊天機器人企業應用證書（CEF34C170275）按官方課程要求，出席率至少70%，各筆試及專題評核須達50%。其他課程一般出席要求為80%，如課程大綱另有要求則按該課程規定。出席透過網上平台(登入/登出時間)及現場簽到表追蹤。未達出席要求可能導致不發放證書。

3. Authentication 身份驗證

Students must use their own designated login account to access course materials. Sharing login credentials is strictly prohibited. Two-factor authentication may be required. The academy reserves the right to verify student identity at any time.

學員必須使用自己的指定登入帳號訪問課程資料。嚴禁分享登入資料。可能需要雙重驗證。學院保留隨時驗證學員身份的權利。

4. Payment & Refund 付款及退款

Course fees must be paid in full before the course commencement date. Refund requests must be submitted at least 14 days before course start. A 20% administrative fee may apply to approved refunds. No refunds after the course has commenced.

課程費用必須在開課日前全額支付。退款申請必須在開課前至尔14天提交。20%行政費用可能適用於已批准的退款。課程開始後不接受退款。

5. Intellectual Property 知識產權

All course materials, including but not limited to lecture notes, videos, presentations, and assessments, are the intellectual property of Easy Solution Academy. Reproduction or distribution without written permission is prohibited.

所有課程資料，包括但不限於講義、影片、簡報及評估，均為易時學院的知識產權。未經書面許可，禁止複製或分發。

6. Code of Conduct 行為守則

Students are expected to behave professionally during all classes and interactions. Plagiarism, cheating, or any form of academic dishonesty will result in immediate disqualification from the course without refund.

學員在所有課堂及互動中應表現專業。抄襲、作弊或任何形式的學術不誠實將導致立即取消課程資格，不予退款。
