Every booking at Rm 533A, Star House goes through one person. He confirms the room, issues the invoice, signs the official receipt, meets you at the lift, sets up the AV. No middle-manager handover. The person who confirms your booking is the person you'll meet at the door.

Reviews your slot, payment, layout, attendee count. Replies within 1 business hour during 09:00–23:00 HKT.

💵 Invoicing & receipt

Generates the tax-deductible invoice with your BR + booking ref. Emails the stamped receipt the same day FPS lands.

📝 NDA / COI signing

For board / M&A / NGO compliance bookings, Horace signs your NDA in advance and issues a Certificate of Insurance on request.

🚪 On-site greeting

Meets you at the lift on the day, walks you to Rm 533A, hands over the door code. No security desk runaround.

🔌 AV pre-check

Free 30-minute AV test on WhatsApp 24 hours before for hybrid sessions. The wall TV, mic and Wi-Fi are tested with you watching from your phone.

One person accountable. No "the booking team" lookups. If something goes wrong, it's Horace's name on the invoice — and his WhatsApp on your phone.
Reply within 1 business hour. Mon–Sun 09:00–23:00 HKT. Outside hours: first reply at 09:00 next morning.
Free pre-event AV test. 30 minutes on WhatsApp 24 hours before, no charge. Saves the embarrassment of fumbling at start time.
Free reschedule for typhoon T8 / Black Rainstorm / MTR full suspension. Always, no time limit, no admin fee.
NDA-friendly. Standard turnaround on signed NDAs is 1 business hour during open hours. Comfortable with HK-listed-company board NDAs and PE/VC LP confidentiality clauses.
NGO & chapter discount. 10% off for Section 88 NGOs, Toastmasters chapters, CEF-eligible training. Stacks with last-minute discount up to 30% off.
Honest pricing. No hidden fees. Optional add-ons (catering, name badges, video recording, early access) are quoted clearly at checkout.

What Horace does not do 服務範圍

Doesn't outsource bookings to a chatbot. Every WhatsApp reply is from him personally. Slow at 02:00, fast at 09:00–23:00.
Doesn't sub-contract the room cleaning to an unknown vendor. Same cleaner (Ms Liu) for 3+ years; you can ask for room status before any booking.
Doesn't oversell the schedule. Bookings are confirmed only when paid; no "tentative double-bookings" race conditions.
Doesn't run a high-volume box-shuffling operation. Star House Rm 533A is one room, run with care. Recurring monthly bookings are encouraged; transient throw-away bookings are not the model.
