How the venue performed on the day 場地當日表現
- Setup: Room ready 15 minutes before the host's arrival — chairs in two rows of ten, water on the side counter, projector pre-tested with the host's laptop the day prior over WhatsApp.
- AV: Wall-mounted 75-inch display ran the host's promo slides cleanly via HDMI; cordless mic worked without dropouts for the full 24-minute opening segment.
- Acoustics: Soundproofed door + carpet floor — no MTR rumble, no corridor chatter bleed-through despite the building lift being 8 metres from the room.
- Lighting: 6 ceiling LED panels at full output for slide visibility; the host did not request dimming.
- Capacity: 20-seat classroom layout fit the audience with comfortable elbow room. We can also do 25-seat theatre, 12-seat boardroom, or 16-seat U-shape on request.
