No. Full payment is due at booking; the slot is confirmed within 1 hour after payment lands. We don't accept partial deposits — this keeps the booking flow simple and the slot is genuinely held only when paid.

Free reschedule up to 7 days before the event. Within 7 days: 50% refund or one free reschedule within 90 days (your choice). Within 48 hours: HK$200 handling fee, reschedule within 60 days, no cash refund. Typhoon Signal 8, Black Rainstorm Warning, or MTR Tsuen Wan Line suspension reschedules are always free and can be done at any time.

Yes. Star House has lift access from the MTR-level entrance to the 5/F. The room itself is single-level, no step at the doorway. Furniture rearrangement for wider walkway on request — mention accessibility needs at booking.
