🎤 Pitch lane
8-meter front-of-room pitch lane, optimal for founder presentations. Small podium with laptop input. Lapel mic on hand. Founders walk-on / walk-off cleanly between pitches.
📺 75-inch wall display
HDMI + USB-C input. Crisp slide rendering even from the back row. Dual-output supported — slides on the wall, presenter notes on the founder's laptop.
🎬 Theatre layout for 30
25–30 chairs facing front. Configurable to U-shape (16 attendees) for smaller cohort showcases or workshop-style sessions. Layout reset between morning event and evening event if needed.
📡 Fast WiFi for live demo
200+ Mbps with backup line. Founders can demo SaaS products live without buffering. Investors on Zoom can join the audience seamlessly.
🍾 Drinks reception space
Push chairs to the side after pitches. Refreshment counter. External catering allowed — order canapés and drinks from your favourite vendor with no corkage. Pacific Coffee on 1/F can deliver instant.
📸 Photographable
Brand-distinctive interior — green and yellow ribbon walls, drop-ceiling LED panels. Photographs and video record beautifully. We can pre-stage your accelerator banner / step-and-repeat backdrop.

What's a typical demo day setup?
Theatre layout with 25–30 chairs facing the front, 8-meter pitch lane in front of the 75-inch wall display, presenter laptop on a small podium with HDMI input, fast WiFi for live demo links, lapel mic on hand. Each founder pitches 5–8 minutes; we run a 3-hour evening event 19:00-22:00 with 8–12 pitches followed by drinks reception. Total cost HK$2,600 (full-day cap) covers the whole evening including setup time.
How much does a demo day venue cost in Hong Kong?
Easy Solution charges HK$700/hour with full-day cap HK$2,600. A 4-hour evening demo day fits comfortably under the cap. Includes 75-inch display, projector, fast WiFi, water for guests, layout setup, refreshment counter. External catering allowed for drinks reception (order from Pret, Maxim's, or any vendor — no corkage).
Can investors and partners attend on Zoom?
Yes. Fast WiFi (200+ Mbps) supports stable hybrid demo days — local audience in-room, remote investors on Zoom watching the 75-inch display and pitch presentations. Many cohorts run hybrid: HK-based investors in-room, mainland China / Singapore / SF investors on Zoom.
What about a drinks reception after the pitches?
External catering allowed. Order canapés and drinks from any vendor. We provide a refreshment counter and the room is configurable to push chairs to the side after pitches finish. Inside Star House: Pacific Coffee on 1/F. Within 5 min walk: Harbour City restaurants, 1881 Heritage bars, Knutsford Terrace nightlife.
Can I bring a step-and-repeat backdrop / accelerator branding?
Yes. We can pre-stage your branded backdrop (banner stand, foam-board logo, step-and-repeat) in the pitch lane before the event. Standard sizes fit comfortably. WhatsApp +852 4423 7445 to coordinate setup.
Do you have a venue larger than 30 capacity?
