6 to 12 in pitch-panel layout (chairs facing the presenter, no table). Up to 25 in theatre layout if you want a real demo-day audience for a dress rehearsal. Up to 30 in mixed layout (some seated, some standing at the back). For a 1-on-1 pitch coach session, the U-shape is more conversational.

You can bring your own camera or use a phone on a tripod — there are good filming angles from the back of the room and the side. We don't provide professional video kit, but the lighting and acoustics are good enough that a phone-on-tripod recording is usable for self-review. Yes. Strong WiFi covers the whole room. Fine for live web demos, loading large dashboards, running Looker / Tableau / Notion in the background, or doing a real-time demo of your product. Wired Ethernet is also available on request if you want zero-risk for a high-stakes pitch.
