Can multiple candidates wait without seeing each other?
Yes — the 5/F lift lobby is private (single-tenant floor when in use). You can stagger candidate arrival times, or use the building's other floors for waiting (Pacific Coffee on 1/F, food court on 2/F). For high-stakes assessments where candidates must not interact, schedule 30-minute gaps between arrivals.
Can I record the interview or have it on Zoom?
Yes — fast WiFi supports stable Zoom/Teams video calls. The 75-inch display can be used for hybrid panels (some interviewers in-room, some on Zoom). For audio recording, you bring your own device — we don't record on your behalf for privacy reasons.
Can I book multiple consecutive days for a hiring sprint?
Yes — book 2-5 consecutive days at the day-cap rate (HK$2,600/day). For 5+ consecutive days you qualify for a multi-day discount; WhatsApp +852 4423 7445 for a quote.
Can the room be configured for assessment-centre activities (group exercises, case studies)?
Yes. We can pre-set a "stations" layout — 3-4 small group tables for case studies + a presentation area + a feedback corner. Reset between rotations. For an assessment day with 12 candidates rotating through 4 stations, this layout works well.
