Can you provide a funder-friendly invoice format?
Yes. NGOs reporting to HKJC, SWD, Community Chest, or private foundations often need a specific invoice format showing date, programme name, hourly breakdown, and venue address. We provide PDF invoices with your programme reference, attendee count line, and Easy Solution (HK) Limited BR 68468987 — accepted by all major HK funders. Mention the funder name at booking and we pre-format the invoice.
Is the venue accessible for older volunteers, service users, or members with mobility needs?
Yes. Step-free access from MTR-level via building lifts. Single-level interior, no internal stairs. Accessible washroom on the same floor. Chairs have backs and arm-rests. We can pre-set a wider-aisle layout for wheelchair access. Please mention any accessibility needs at booking time.
Can we run a Cantonese-only or bilingual session here?
Yes. The venue is fully bilingual — Cantonese, English, Mandarin all common. Whiteboard works for any language. The 75-inch display handles Chinese fonts cleanly. CS staff are bilingual Cantonese/English; bookings can be made entirely in Cantonese over WhatsApp.
Can volunteers / service users wait somewhere private before the session starts?
Yes. The 5/F lift lobby is private when in use, suitable for volunteer arrival check-in. Pacific Coffee on 1/F is the next-best waiting spot. For NGOs running peer-support or counselling groups where privacy matters, the locking door and solid (non-glass) walls keep conversation confidential.
Do you allow external catering for AGMs and donor events?
Yes — external catering allowed at no surcharge. Order from Maxim's, Pret, or local Cantonese caterers for AGM lunches and donor briefings. McDonald's on G/F and food court on 2/F of Star House are convenient if catering budget is tight. Pacific Coffee 1/F for refreshments.
Can we book recurring weekly or monthly slots for a programme series?
Yes. Many NGOs run weekly support groups, monthly board meetings, or quarterly capacity-building. What about confidentiality for service users in counselling or peer-support sessions?

We don't enter during your session unless requested.
